Exclusive Private

Classes

45-50 minutes and consists of one student and one instructor utilising the Pilates equipment. It is highly recommended if you have never taken Pilates before, are injured, or you have not exercised in a long time. A private session will provide the opportunity to have the instructor personalize the workout for you. It will also allow you the time to ask the instructor any questions you may have and allows you to learn the language of Pilates in the most effective manner.

Duet Classes

45-50 minutes and consists of two students and one instructor utilizing the Pilates equipment. It is recommended that students interested in duets take private sessions first. A duet will prepare you for the possibility of working out independently in the future. The result of duet sessions produces an understanding of learning the order and spring settings. It is recommended that you supply your own partner, however, we may be able to match you with someone at your level.

Trio Classes

Private Sessions are recommended before joining group training. This is a 50-minute mixed apparatus training session that is limited to 3 people. Using the mat, barrels, magic circles and light weights, you will have a well-rounded workout that is still individualised to meet your personal goals as well as the collective goal of the group. Attending small group private training will prepare you for working out independently in the future.

Pre& Post Natal

Pre & Post Natal Pilates
focuses on gentle, safe exercises tailored for each stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Pre-natal Pilates strengthens core, improves posture, and supports pelvic floor, helping alleviate pregnancy discomfort. Post-natal Pilates aids recovery, restoring core strength, improving flexibility, and helping with body alignment after childbirth. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Senior Balance & Mobility

Senior Pilates Classes
offer low-impact exercises designed to improve flexibility, balance, core strength, and posture. These classes focus on gentle movements to enhance mobility, reduce joint pain, and build muscle tone, promoting overall wellness and independence. Ideal for older adults of all fitness levels.

Group Chair Pilates

Retirement Home Pilates
provides gentle, low-impact exercises tailored to seniors, focusing on improving mobility, balance, posture, and muscle strength. These classes help enhance flexibility and support overall well-being in a safe, supportive environment.

Work Space Pilates

is designed to reduce workplace stress, improve posture, and boost team energy. These sessions focus on stretching, core strengthening, and relieving tension, promoting a healthier, more productive work environment. Suitable for all fitness levels.
