I can highly recommend the Pilates Agency. Each session is different so one does not get bored with repetitive moves and Bernie uses all her knowledge and expertise and breaks down everything into small understandable pieces of information. It is not a case of "monkey see monkey do", she is very in tune with one's individual needs and capabilities. I am really enjoying our sessions very much.
As a pro-level netball player, Bernie's exercises are quick and easy and her teachings are awesome. She explains the postures very well and I found a difference within my alignment and strength ability 5 minutes into my class.
