CANCELLATION POLICY
All Pilates clients are required to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation of classes and private sessions via email, WhatsApp or Cellphone to enable you to make up a class.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Please turn off cell phones while in studio so not to distract you or to disrupt any patients within the health centre.
Remove shoes before entering the studio space. Grippy Pilates socks are required for safety and hygiene purposes by all clients. (we do not allow bare feet). Grippy socks for men and women can be purchased in studio at R250.
Please refrain from joining a class if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Any clients later than 15minutes who have not made contact will be assumed to late cancel and will be charged for accordingly.
Please avoid all sharp jewellery and zippers on self and clothing as this damages the equipment.
Kindly tie up long hair and reframe from wearing loose, baggy clothing to ensure it does not accidentally get caught up in the equipment springs when training.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
All package sessions/classes must be used within a period of maximum2 months from date of purchase.
Pre-purchased packages used after 40% of the quantity of classes are non-refundable, but are transferrable to family or friends.
HOLIDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
The studio will be closed for 8 days around July / August for a mid-year week’s break (date will always be confirmed timeously).
Festive season shutdown is from mid-December to early January to allow all clients to rest, recoup and spend valuable time with loved ones to return refreshed and rejuvenated for the new year!
